      Pros

      Smart people and empowered workers who are allowed to challenge the way business has been done in the past. The company has a tremendous commitment of quality service to their clients and employees.

      Cons

      As a company who provides risk management consulting to its clients, PRO is at times predictably conservative. I believe that the company can achieve even stronger results by taking calculated risks more frequently.

      Pros

      I have been with PRO for almost twelve years and have worked very closely with the senior leadership team during that time. The senior management team is hands on and involved in the day to day activities as well as the long term strategic planning of the company. The team is made up of caring individuals who really do care about their employees as individuals. They do expect each team member to perform at their best and bring something to the table, but provide you the opportunity to learn and grow if you are willing to put forth the effort. At PRO you will get out of the working experience what you put in.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that there are some growing pains but they are positive and present the opportunity to learn from challenges.
