      Pros

      BEX team is an awesome group of people. Client service teams have high moral and great management team.

      Cons

      Payroll department has a lot of turnover and unhappy employees. Billing department has very low moral and managers that play favorites. SAM team is very much a boys club. Benefits aren't great. They offer comp time and PTO, but make it very difficult to actually use it. They listen to employee concerns, but don't actually care enough to do anything about them.

      You’ll have a lot of opportunities…

      Cons

      To manage projects outside of your scope of responsibility. To become an escape goat for management to conveniently throw all their work onto while taking two week long vacations during the busiest season. To train every new employee and receive no credit. To ask for a promotion / job title change and be told despite already completing the job roles; and let’s face it, you’re basically managing the program at that point.

      Unlimited PTO, Flexible work schedule for managers

      Cons

      Moving CSR & CSC positions to India. Managers care only about how they look and not their staff. Their attempt at promoting diversity and inclusion is only on the surface and for show.
