Pros
The roles themselves, if working remotely or Hybrid, are fairly autonomous. Ever since work from home, being able to transfer and support other clients and parts of the business in terms of career growth and knowledge is very good. Able to laterally learn and cross train. Can make great connections and Network.
Cons
There's not a ton of support from the company itself. You don't have any expenses reimbursed, no work from home stipends, no bonuses, no stock, health benefits are extremely expensive and don't cover much. Your role is dependent on other client's success. Magnit won't place you in another role or help you transition, you have to make this change on your own if for some reason your client isn't doing well. No relocation assistance, you do get a laptop and phone for work purposes which is good. IT is always overwhelmed and teams have a hard time syncing together. There's not a lot of support to get your work done from supporting teams, and it takes a toll when we don't have the tools necessary to help our workers and clients.
