Location is a double edged sword ( Its the heart of LA, Pershing Square and also Dirty/dangerous late at night) Middle management is lackluster. ( I may have been an outlier because I was the only traditionally trained artist in the department; therefore in my own world I assume. ). You will be emailing people that are stationed a couple rows behind you in the office which could be better explained and described in person. Some art directors are overseas, and I had no communication whatsoever. Depending on your position in the company it can feel a little isloating.
