      Being a commuter, traveling to downtown LA can be a drag and time-consuming.

      -the founders -the coworkers -it feels like family -there's clubs to join - covered parking - paid sick and vacation

      Pros

      Extremely collaborate and receptive team. You can talk to any of the management about any problem and feel heard. All work/scheduling is incredibly transparent. Magnopus works as somewhat of a Mercenary team with big companies so you personally can have a large impact on big-name projects. Art Leads are extremely supportive and feedback is given constantly to improve. Knowledge/Expertise is respected (I come from a Games background and all my leads who have come from film understand and value any input I have)

      Cons

      Downtown Los Angeles can be a challenge for some. I live somewhat close by so my commute is 30 minutes but the rent is expensive.
