Development relationships with all the main VR companies allows them have access to development hardware and software before everyone else. Tons of toys and techy features to the office. Incredibly high caliber VFX style work. Office space is penthouse of historic DTLA building. Supportive production and executive environment. Unlimited vacation policy. Flexible work/life scheduling.

DTLA comes with it's own sets of challenges
