Pros

- Best work culture - everybody is valued - Love the Thursday All hands on lunch presentations - Smartest bunch of people I have met

Cons

Not really a con but the commute is a disadvantage. But well worth it.

Pros

They are developing a new to the world product that is efficient and eco friendly. Everyone has the same objective with a strong focus on delivering a reliable product on time.

Cons

Work load is heavy as they work to hire a high performing team that will ultimately run the business. Really overall a positive as part of being a team member early on gives you a chance to be on the ground floor of this exciting new company.

-World class engineering team to work with -Very interesting/challenging/rewarding technical problem -Transparent culture (funding runway, insight into major hire recruiting processes, what other teams are doing, etc.) -Results-oriented work hours

Cons

-It is a startup, which requires being nimble and willing to change. Not for everyone
