Pros

Down to earth leadership team with high transparency. A good mix of young talents from prestigious colleges and seasoned veterans from manufacturing and energy industries. Dog friendly office. Great mentorship for young professionals Fantastic corporate culture (Kudos to Ellee!)

Cons

As the company continues to grow in size, there has been some communication gap between managers from the operation team and engineers from design and manufacturing team.

Pros

Excellent company culture, valuing its employees and work/life balance while providing a challenging mission, roles and responsibilities. Open, transparent and very collaborative work culture accross all levels. Top notch engineering team and C-level company founders who have worked out the science of a breakthrough power production technology. Very competitive salary and equity compensation package for a start-up close to moving its invention to production with tremendous growth opportunities.

Cons

Company has a lot to do and need to recruit the bests to continue refine the product design, transition to manufacturing while developing the company organization.

Pros

Decent snack choices, though they run out fairly quick and the restock is slow. Company is, growing? Pay is on time

Cons

Do you remember as a child when you found out Santa isn't real? This job feels like the embodiment of that feeling. A clear dichotomy exists between warehouse and main office employees (engineers, etc.), and not just regarding pay gaps. Management is slow or even resistant to the implementation of process improvement projects even when a clear plan is laid out for it and implementation would be seamless with daily operations. Very little trust is placed in floor workers, supervisor wants to do everything themself initially and then ask the floor staff for help later instead of letting the SMEs handle things. Safety and Ergonomics are not as big of a priority as they would like (at least regarding safety, ergonomics is practically unheard of there).
