      Pros

      great product, always improving and developing. truly a leader in the market and priced well some nice helpful people to work with.

      Cons

      pay is below market for all sales functions - BDR, AE, SE teams. lack of investment in tools, having to share docusign and zoominfo accounts. as another review mentioned, less than 50% of team hits quota. (despite the fact that some reps over perform). sometimes announcements aren’t communicated effectively because there’s no consolidated place for it - sometimes on internal chat, sometimes on notion, sometimes through a training a few inexperienced mid-level managers

      MaintainX is a company that is growing quickly but thoughtfully. There’s an unwavering commitment to high performance that reflects the gravity of the opportunity before it as an organization. The company has a great product-market fit. Leadership is hands-on and no-nonsense. You can feel the culture of continuous improvement that is necessary for a start-up with great potential to be successful.

      Cons

      The pace of change can be fast at times. A side effect of the culture of continuous improvement is that some processes or areas of focus can feel fleeting, so you need the right perspective to appreciate it. Typical growing pains of a company moving up-market and growing so quickly.

      Pros

      - Epic happy hours - Change is well accepted - Everyone contributes to making a good workplace environment - Most people seem transparent - Got rewarded quickly for my efforts (never seen that elsewhere) - Management knows their stuff - I truly believe in the product and so does most others working here - We have visibility over the impact we have on customers - The new offices are just amazing - New Bubbly machine is awesome - Free snacks - Free lunch on thursdays

      Cons

      - Processes are changing quite a lot since MaintainX is growing fast (can be a con depending on your personality) - Since we aren't many engineers for the company size and that we have a high bar on who we let in, the amount of work is endless - In the same vein, that amount of work and pressure sometimes stops me from having the impact I would like to have (but my manager really wants to help in that sense)
