Pros
I would break the pros down in three big categories:
1. The product: this is easily the best product I've had the chance of selling. It's so simple and intuitive to use that it does a large portion of my job for me.
2. The team: regardless of which team you're in, you'll be working with incredibly smart, talented, and driven individuals who all share the same goal of delivering the best possible experience for our customers. This is a truly collaborative experience.
3. The customers: I've yet to feel customer love like I do at MaintainX, which is is in no small part thanks to the incredible engineering team that pumps out a year's worth of quality software every three months. We generally deal with customers that are actively looking for ways to improve how they do their work, and are happy to collaborate with us and provide feedback so that we can continue to improve.
Bonus: MaintainX runs on MaintainX, which means we all work in product and get to experience it just like our customers do. It's an awesome way to get to know the product inside out and spot any potential areas to improve before customers even do.
Cons
I'm reluctant to call this a con, but it's still a start up so get ready to step outside of your role and put on many different hats.
