Greatest group of people and leadership team I've had the pleasure of working with in hospitality. Robust benefit offerings, including childcare assistance, tuition reimbursement, and wellness perks! A lot of potential for career development as the company is growing quickly.

Cons

Every workplace has it's opportunities. Makeready is doing a great job in making it the best place to work in hospitality.

The people are all great to work with, super approachable, courteous, friendly. Unique benefit offerings that I've not seen at other companies in our industry. The company operates in cool/fun cities. Big focus on diversity and inclusion with their Culture Counsel....

Cons

You have to have thick skin when dealing with difficult, rude, entitled guests.

Makeready is a great employer with amazing benefits. Worked at this company for a couple of years and have always appreciated my management team.

Cons

It is the hospitality industry, so turnover is quite high. This can make hiring an maintaining a good team quite difficult.
