Pros
There were excellent human beings that worked for my property, and my team and my direct leader made work less of a job. Our People and Culture leadership had integrity and genuine care, and the boots on the ground always worked together with love for the work family. You were never alone on a project or in a pickle.
Cons
The corporate team does not care about employees as humans. They make employment decisions solely based on what is the least expensive for them, they work their direct contact leaders on property into the ground, and they do not reward loyalty or dedication. They were not communicative during the pandemic, and would swoop in and make cuts without warning and left us horribly understaffed and under-supplied.
