Strong leadership teams who collaborate with all levels. Very focused on unique hotels and guest service. The guiding principles are very good for a new company.

They put a bit emphasis on people through many training and development initiatives. Lots of team building and culture building opportunities offered throughout the year. *They have a results oriented culture. They do not micro manage team members. *Benefits are fantastic with many perks. The PTO policy is above industry average. Most of the properties have an Marriott affiliation so you, your family and friends can stay at Marriott properties at a discounted rate.
