We take all comments and candid feedback seriously and will continue to work on efforts to improve communication on our decision-making process, which we strive to be swift on. Hospitality is a fast-moving industry and we rely on word-of-mouth traveling just as fast to our benefit - as we seek to hire and retain great people to bring our special experiences to life. I certainly agree team members are not all replaceable, and I personally depend on it to build the foundation of our company as do the like-minded leaders at home office and the properties beyond.
