None that I can think of. Besides the fact the company is stable.

Cons

Culture is poor/tense. This was the worst job I've ever had due to the complete lack of manager support/oversight. I have never had a professional job in which the predecessor/manager did not spend ONE single hour training the new hire. I only lasted 2 months here and was actually happy when they showed me the door.
