Pros

None in the USA. Leadership is abysmal

Cons

Too many old fogies that need to retire as they are clueless on technology. Do not look at this place it’s imploding. Cutting people left and right, cutting salaries. Internal systems and processes are very dated. CEO wasted millions on the “future” which is supposedly digital technology. No one cares about the remote video software that is basically glorified FaceTime and machinists definitely do not care about talking to a machine.

Pros

Great company to work for, easy going and they do not micromanage you. Once you are in you are in, as long as you do not screw up. In a downturn economy they do not lay off.

Cons

Senior positions are usually hired from the outside. They keep you painted in a box and if you are doing great job not really interested in seeing you advance.

Pros

Decent pay at first glance.

Cons

The pay seems decent at first until you realize the work involved, FSE's. This is a typical Japanese run company, where Field service engineers are expected to leave on a last minutes notice. You will be expected to work on your days off and make travel arrangements on your days off since they don't tell you were you are going till Friday night. Never expect your supervisor to say good job on fixing anything or going above and beyond normal working hours. The management and HR are completely incompetent when it comes to their employees, they care more about playing office politics than working as a team.
