Pros

If you are willing to work for what you truly want, this is a good company to join. The sky is the limit but hard work, dedication, and passion are needed. If you go above and beyond, the company will do the same for you!

Cons

Be sure not to overlook the talent that exists; this can lead to a weak team but more importantly, this can hurt the organization as a whole.
