Departments are organized inefficiently. Quality is could be taken more seriously.

Pros

I have been with Malauzai for almost 2 years and since that time have come to admire the leadership and my co-workers for their strong ethics and dedication to innovation and customer service. Innovation is a major factor in the success of the company and I have seen it first hand. I am super excited to watch this company continue to grow and delight customers. Great benefits too!

Cons

I am 100% satisfied and love coming to work everyday.

Amazing job with a lot of potential for growth

Pros

There are so many great things about this job. Relatively flexible work schedule, very innovative, and a relaxed work environment. The company is smaller, so there is a lot of room to help make changes quick. I love my job, and love my coworkers. I have become friends with several of my coworkers, and everyone there is pretty genuine. The company wants their employees to be happy, and are willing to invest in your life both personally and professionally. I plan to be working at this company for years to come!

Cons

Truly there aren't many cons to this job. It's hard work, and it's very much a self starter mentality there. Personally I love that environment, but it's not for everyone. You will work hard, and possibly more hours than your typical corporate job, but we typically don't mind both because we love our job, and they do so much for us. If you are a structured work environment type of person this may be a struggle of a transition. The casual work environment is adjustment for some.
