Good benefits. Flexible work schedule. Fun place to work, considering what department you are in. Pay could be better. But it's within industry standards. Some cool co-workers!

My supervisor was hell to work with........Buddy system.......Management who don't really know what's going on with their supervisors.

Great opportunity to learn and grow if you are in the right place.

Cons

C Suite is lacking in capabilities to launch and manage a start up. Company has not started recovery from product launch misses and never re-groups with reality based plans versus commitments made to those who funded the venture.
