Pros

Working at MI will give you access to interesting content and events with compelling speakers. The work the Institute puts forth is incisive and thoughtful.

Cons

Volatile management and a widespread tendency towards infighting create a poor organizational culture at MI. The very high turnover of junior staff can likely be attributed to management’s erratic expectations and style, vague and inconsistent employee reviews, and to the general sense of anxiety that pervades the environment.
