Pros

Really nice staff. Even after leaving, former employees and current employees remain friends. Interesting projects.

Cons

Incompetent leadership from the CEO and service line leads. The emperor has no clothes. Too much secrecy and dishonest business practices. A lot of bait and switch with clients. Sometimes feels like Theranos. Like the company is selling goods it doesn't and can't produce. Few growth opportunities for staff. Uncompetitive pay. Bad benefits. Great place to work if you like being undervalued and overlooked but overworked.

Pros

None….. after 2.5 weeks you don’t fire someone and used them to move offices. The new office is beautiful thanks entirely to myself and a great VP I worked with.

Cons

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employment Experience with Manhattan Strategy Group Dear [Recipient's Name], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent employment experience at Manhattan Strategy Group, based in Bethesda, Maryland. After a prolonged hiring process, I was pleased to receive a job offer that met my salary expectations. However, my tenure as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant was unexpectedly brief. Within two and a half weeks, after assisting with a major office move, I was informed that my position was no longer necessary. I find the conduct of the HR team to be highly unprofessional. Their lack of empathy, particularly in light of my personal circumstances regarding my father's health, was distressing. I believe this situation warrants attention, and I hope to see measures taken to prevent such experiences for future employees.
