Flexible schedule (except for those working on BD) Nice colleagues Philanthropic efforts Ability to do and try new things easily

Cons

Significant staff turnover No time or budget for staff development Disorganized business development process Arbitrary and owner-directed promotions and bonuses Gender inequality Low salaries and poor benefits Whole focus is on winning new business while contracts, staff, and budgets go without needed oversight HR works to protect the company, not the employees

Flexibility and independence. Meeting and working with nice people.

Cons

Many unpaid hours to complete projects. Compensation is listed at $25/hr. but thats just time to review the store. It does not include travel and digital entry of data.
