Employees are good company and good at what they do. They are always willing to help you out.

Cons

Management seems uncaring to the issues facing employees when they are brought up. It's also very difficult to do so because management seems to take these issues personally.

Great projects to work on with some truly wonderful people at Department of Ed, Labor, etc. Very interesting and powerful stuff.

Cons

Limited advancement if you're young (and particularly female). Management more focused on winning bids than doing quality work, so you'll have to fight for that balance yourself.
