I work at one of the communities in Ohio and wanted to share a positive experience. I've been employed for over a year now with Maplewood and their mission and vision has continued to hold true throughout my time with the company. I look forward to coming to work each day, I have a fantastic team that is educated, knowledgeable and well experienced in their roles. Everyone works together as a team and family. The Executive Director Kim Graber and the Regional Director of Operations Heather Freemont are engaged on a day to day basis with families and residents. Chef Alan creates an amazing culinary experience every day for residents. The Nursing Director Sandy Richey has been a nurse for 40+ years and still works the floor alongside of her nurses - training, mentoring and teaching new approaches each day. The Marketing Director Morgan Iorio, yet out of the community a good amount of the time representing our community and establishing great partnerships - he still knows each of our names and makes a sincere effort to meet each new resident and family as they move in. I'd recommend future employees to consider Maplewood their next employer - I'd be happy to share my experience firsthand.
