The company ask its employees to master multiple skills such as welding, fabrication, be knowledgeable in multiple systems from basic wiring to roof equipment to plumbing. The desired quantity level is high. This does not fit the pay level they start most people at $12 hour. This often results in a great deal of rework and cost a great deal of money.
