Pros

Mellow pace of work for the most part. Easy work and laid back. Nice people.

Cons

Poor pay and benefits. Company does not invest in employees training. HR losses track of time off and they do not care; reported from many employees.

Pros

Some of the people who work there are really cool people.

Cons

Lots of politics, poor management, poor pay for the RV industry, they give you garbage materials to work with but demand near perfection, they expect you to get intricate custom work done at a mass production pace, you can’t advance unless you’re a manager’s buddy.

Pros

Great people to work with, it was fun to see a multi million dollar coach get built. Co workers maid it a great place to work.

Cons

No room to advance, pay scale is behind the National inflation rate. The company ask its employees to master multiple skills such as welding, fabrication, be knowledgeable in multiple systems from basic wiring to roof equipment to plumbing. The desired quantity level is high. This does not fit the pay level they start most people at $12 hour. This often results in a great deal of rework and cost a great deal of money.
