Low pay, minimal benefits

Pros

People are good hard workers and they make a fantastic product.

Cons

Only 3 days vacation a year and then its given to you half and in 6 months the other half, they don't tell you that. Employee handbook not updated HR has known since 2016 but won't update. Employees read manual but does not matter because it is not up to date and HR has the rules in his head. 401K lacking. The good people are leaving for better jobs and benefits.

Pros

Positive atmosphere. Competitive wage scale. Decent benefits. Opportunities for advancement. Cute receptionist (if I could walk that way I'do sell my car and walk everywhere).

Cons

You are confined only by the quality of your attitude.

Great to gain experience

Pros

The company is generally a relaxed atmosphere, and provides an opportunity to gain valuable work experience. You can learn a great deal and develop good mechanical abilities. Perfect for an individual who is looking to get started in a trades career, but don't make it home you will starve.

Cons

No latter movement, and some of the worst pay raises 2% yearly. Often too eager to exploit an employee's faults and minimalize their victories
