The environment is laid back, and it's rare that your customers will be difficult—who could be upset in an ice cream parlor?

Cons

The shift leaders come and go faster than the scoopers do, and they were all pretty incompetent. I frequently had to train the people who were in charge of me, because they had no idea how to do their job.

I loved my first manager. Co-workers were fantastic. The atmosphere is fast-paced but fun. Overall, it was a great first job and I learned a lot.

Cons

Some managers are harder to work with than others. Occasionally, it would get really busy and your arm would begin to hurt. There is not too much to complain about though.
