Marbridge is WONDERFUL!!

Pros

I worked at Marbridge as a resident trainer for over a year, and I must say I absolutely love the residents that I had the pleasure of serving. Working at the independent living facility on weekends allowed for alot of 1 on 1 time with residents. They also have outings on weekends which usually consist of movies or various other outdoor activities. Miss this place often!

Cons

Pay wasn't superb, but it I understand it takes alot to run a facility like theirs.

Residents are a joy to be around and to care for. Pay scale is above average. A lot of overtime shifts available

Cons

Constant bickering among shifts and staff. Orientation has much to be desired.
