Do yourself a favor and Don't Join this company in the IT department!!!!

- Competitive Salary and compensation - Company's own parking lot - Good team to work with in the department & people are nice

Cons

Not sure where should I start with but few of them are : - You are compensated but expect to be on call 24 x 7 and if you have family please stay away from them. It is not mentioned during the hiring process but found out later on. You are expected to respond to even a very low severity event in the middle of the night. - The senior management including the ones at the top expect you to stay late and work on the weekends. Please keep in mind this is never mentioned during the interview/job process. You are not compensated for working long hours. - Poor management, rude unprofessional treatment with no accountability. Employees are treated like crap. - Everything is Micro-managed and very unhealthy environment (upper management). Your work is checked behind your back so no trust relationship. - The whole IT team left after working few months because of they way they were treated.

Great people, very friendly and understanding of the intern role. Able to learn accounting and experience some of the tasks (both boring and dynamic) that they have to complete. Great for a first true professional experience

Cons

Less people around during summer which is great for employees but boring for interns. I don't have many negatives to say
