Lack of Communication since mergers

Pros

Good clients to work on and co-workers were great. They are working on a national training for all offices so travel may be involved on teh firm.

Cons

Main NY office didn't communicate with Phila office or Phila partners were afraid to tell the staff.

Pros

Generally speaking they have some good people, and strong professionals. They are expanding the firm quite significantly with new marketing efforts and aquiring practices in the major markets.

Cons

This is not an employee based company and they have little to no management abilities. They really need to look into a new group for Human Resources.

Pros

Colleagues and coworkers are friendly and good people Generous vacation leave time Plenty of exposure to different industries and accounts

Cons

Review process is waste of time Favor-tism given to certain employees (usually the young attractive women) by certain male partners Bonus structure only for Managers, no bonuses paid to the lower level staff who work longer hours Poor compensation and raises, no consistency, no loyalty They Lay off staff after busy season when they no longer need them. They do'nt care about your career progression Certain long time employees got laid off and then they went and hired other less competent staff in time for busy periods.
