Met some good people here, that's it.

Cons

Have to eat hours to make terrible work life balance, even you will use your PTO to work overtime. The upper management cannot hear your voices or maybe they just cares the opinions from managers but not from staff. People are leaving, so just a warning don't come here unless you are pursing the miserable life.

Like some of the previous negative reviews, favoritism is rampant. They are only willing to work with you if are within their clique. There so many leaders that truly unhelpful and useless. I honestly don't understand how they still have jobs. Most of the managers just talk crap about others and leave nothing to inspire as far mentoring. When they let you go, they don't even give your personal items back; It seems to go "missing" or blame the cleaning crew for disposing it. How the firm act during the pandemic crisis really matter...They showed employees are easily replaceable....Highly disappointing experience.

Pros

Like anywhere, you can find good people, but after you leave, it's painful to see them stay.

Cons

CEO is a bully. Some of his close leaders (especially Northeast) are following in the same footsteps. It trickles down to the managers who lead by others' bad examples. They treat everyone as if they were expendable. STAY AWAY from this firm, no matter what money they offer you. You will hate going to work after the honeymoon of a new job is over.
