      - Well established software company - Exciting industry, large clients remain - Cross-channel vision could still work... see cons - Decent salary and okay perks - Unlimited PTO - Smart folks remain

      - Recruiting is the hidden but fatal flaw - No new talent acquisition strategy - Software company that forgot what good software is - Engineering and product criminally idle - Engineering and product are a wasteland - Abysmal expectations leading to people coasting - No sense of urgency - Given the above, 0 chance to deliver on vision

      Pros

      -Honest and open culture -Good compensation -Working with a lot of new and interesting technologies -Excellent location in SF -Flexible hours and vacation policy -True meritocracy; you get back what you put in -Public company but with startup feel. Everyone knows each other. -A lot of projects and initiatives to work on so there's ample opportunity for career growth (on the engineering and product side at least)

      Cons

      -In a tough space where it needs to compete with some of the biggest tech companies for engineering talent -Revenues are down at the moment and the company is working to return to growth
