Great people Relaxed atmosphere Good Work/Life balance Stocked kitchen

Cons

Betting on a longterm performance upgrade instead of adding new features or make things more reliable. Barely any processes in place so when people leave the knowledge goes with them. Jiras stay open without response. QA needs improvement, updates are rolled back and need revisions too often.

Amazing people mid level. Strong search product.

Cons

It started off so amazing, but it's starting to seem like going public is a death sentence for Ad Tech companies. When your focus changes from being product and customer focuses to only being Stockholder focused, performance drops, moral drops, and everything falls apart. So many talented people left the company, that it's difficult to stop the bleeding.
