as with any company, there are a few great people there

Cons

Customers and Employees are fleeing Marin including a 70+ person layoff last month. The product is way behind and causes companies to lose money. Most engineers have left so there's no saving it. Competitor's products are much better and most of the Customer Success team is gone too leaving no support. Sales at Marin is a joke. Leadership is clueless as to what is going on in the market and the depressing culture that exists where no one wants to be in. It's a terrible company in every aspect.

Pros

Not many but hey they give you half off parking witch is $220 a month oh and fully stocked kitchen.

Cons

Company is loosing money hand over fist and is very noticeable. Individuals are leaving and being fired very regularly regardless of what management whats to portray. Unrealistic quotas make for realistic excuses to get rid of you if you get out of line NEVER WORK HERE !

Amazing people mid level. Strong search product.

Cons

It started off so amazing, but it's starting to seem like going public is a death sentence for Ad Tech companies. When your focus changes from being product and customer focuses to only being Stockholder focused, performance drops, moral drops, and everything falls apart. So many talented people left the company, that it's difficult to stop the bleeding.
