Great benefits and perks like free drinks. Good reputation in the industry.

Cons

So many cons it's hard to know where to start. Very male-heavy egomaniacal culture that is overly concerned with outward perception instead of facing and addressing real internal issues. No work-life balance and little flexibility for employees with family - basically a sweat shop. CEO is nice but passive-aggressive, and lacking in organization and leadership. The culture promotes "yes men" and has no tolerance for ideas or thinking outside the box.
