Pros

A lot of great employees, good pay and benefits. The clients are great.

Cons

Team members beaten down at every turn. Work hard, don't expect to get your breaks and know that you will be called into the office and asked to report on your coworkers. It's an environment where everyone smiles and pretends things are okay but they all know that can and will change at the whim of the manager.

Staff- the staff is extremely nice and very caring

Cons

Management- they are all about themselves. They don’t listen to the staff and they bully people and attempt to push them out of the system if you question them. Manage Is also very backstabbing and will do whatever they need to get ahead

The only good thing about this place is that it salaries are competitive.

Cons

High school atmosphere-if you are in then you'll have a decent career at Marin General, but if it happens that you are not liked then it is going to be a tough few months. Turn over is rapid; the department is always short staffed; unrealistic expectations and non-existent management support.
