This is a great place to work. I feel as though I am surrounded by talented people with expert ability. It feels very much like family. It is a collegial environment, nearly everyone is on a first name basis.

Cons

Extremely poor IT System. We are using McKesson's (now Allscripts') Clinicial Hub. McKesson bears the responsibility for unleashing this truly substandard system.

Cons

Very anti employee organization. Staff cuts left and right, while Administrators make more than a million dollars a year. There is a lot of criticism of employees and little praise. Write ups happen left and right. If you are not union here, it’s a terrible place to work.
