      Pros

      Staff- the staff is extremely nice and very caring

      Cons

      Management- they are all about themselves. They don’t listen to the staff and they bully people and attempt to push them out of the system if you question them. Manage Is also very backstabbing and will do whatever they need to get ahead

      I could not comment to posts, so the only way to inform you is by creating a new rating with 1 star, due to lack of accountability and ownership of issue. Potential employees are very well reading reviews, especially the ones with low score and with specific details.

      Cons

      One comment was very concerning to me, from an employee who expressed concerns about the lack of anonymity during annual employee reviews (of hospital I assume). The management responded to the employee's comment but grossly failed to address the core issue. The issue was not who develops or conducts the review, but rather two questions on the form that ask the department where employee works and position title, which pretty much identifies the employee (the reviewer). I can understand the "department" requirement, but obviously stating the title within department identifies the employee.

To your point about precision, the SCORE survey (that requested identification of department) is not the anonymous, MGH annual engagement survey. Employees are under no obligation to fill out surveys and have many avenues to leave feedback (such as anonymously on Glassdoor). The team at MGH does life-saving, inspiring work every day.       Good people doing tremendous work

      Pros

      Room to advance your career. The hospital invests in its employees and promotes from within whenever possible. A culture of healing and caring, not only for patients but the staff as well. A brand new hospital in 2020!

      Cons

      Cost of living is so high in surrounding areas that most people have to commute. Commute = Terrible Traffic This tends to impact the work/life balance.
