Good benefits. Nice place to work. Small hospital.

Cons

Tension between management and other employees. Nurses fearful of losing jobs regardless how long they have been there.

Pros

The salaries are good, the location is not only beautiful but close to freeway access. There really is a feeling of community among employees. Inter-departmental communication is excellent and overall it really feels like you are working with a team.

Cons

There is not much opportunity for advancement, high turnover rate in management and there appears to be blatant favoritism. In some areas workplace bullying from management is tolerated .
