Excellent benefits that cover the family (and not an HMO plan! ) Community is loyal to the community based hospital. Excellent medical outcomes. New Hospital to be completed by 2020. (good food at a good price in the cafeteria)

Nice mid sized hospital, fairly friendly staff, decent wages and benefits.

Cons

Few, if any, opportunities to advance skill or knowledge base. Few, if any, opportunities for advancement. MGH does not "grow its own." They prefer to hire from outside.

A lot of great employees, good pay and benefits. The clients are great.

Cons

Team members beaten down at every turn. Work hard, don't expect to get your breaks and know that you will be called into the office and asked to report on your coworkers. It's an environment where everyone smiles and pretends things are okay but they all know that can and will change at the whim of the manager.
