They keep changing procedures resulting in a lot of confusion and inability to complete the tasks assigned; They like to micromanage: rest assured your manager will always make you feel like you're not doing enough even though you haven't moved from your desk for hours. Oh and the best thing? They'll fire you because of their lack of training, or better said the nonexistent training! Pay is not enough for the amount of work you have to do daily. You're never recognised for your good job, but the second you make a minimal mistake it'll be brought up. If you're not part of their clique you'll be drowning in work, while their favourites will be helped left and right. If you hate your life, apply here!
