      - Not much, good for a short time, get your experience then get out of there!

      Cons

      - Senior Management is the worst, if you aren’t an original they don’t care about you - No room for advancement.. they don’t promote from within!

      Pros

      Started as a AVP and the company is always trying to advance internal personal that work hard. Feel any ideas that employees come up with are heard and put into place if they make sense and the company believes in the same values I do. Family first.

      Cons

      None, Yes I have to put in extra time when needed, but that is because I want too. To be the best you must be willing to go the extra so you can advance.

      Mostly 5 day work week.

      Cons

      Working late on Tuesday. They took away 1 hr lunches and now we have 30 min lunches only. Last day of the month if numbers are not met, have to work til whenever They tell you to. Expensive healthcare options. Take so much away from the branch then complain when goals are not met. Not very clear with Month over month ROA reports. Huge turnover lately and consolidating so many branches.
