      It is a paycheck. At least there is that.

      Cons

      Company does not value employees or customers. Little work/life separation.

      Pros

      I have only worked for this company for about a a month, but so far so good. The employee's I work with are very helpful and work VERY well as a TEAM! The Branch Manager is also very hands on and works just as hard. This company pays very well and chances to make bonuses are very good as well.

      Cons

      The only con so far is that when your branch does NOT meet collection goals you are forced to work on Saturday. I wouldn't mind working on a Saturday IF the entire four hours were OVERTIME. They adjust your schedule so that you only receive two hours of overtime. ( IE. You will leave early or take a longer lunch to comp time)

      most offices appear to be constantly understaffed are processes are inefficient and over managed.
