Great kids Nice campus Cutting edge technology Office staff is nice cheap lunches in the main dining hall Goodd faculty

Cons

Poor management, everything is only about pleasing the donors and making the college look good in the public's eyes. People are promoted for the wrong reasons. Just because you are good at your job doesn't mean you can manage others. Poor pay Small raises everyone complains about the problems but they never seem to get resolved
