Pros

Coworkers were great, campus was nice but dated, I enjoyed the natural surroundings and wildlife. Cafe was nice. Fitness center on campus.

Cons

IT in a state of turmoil / budget woes Layoffs and budget issues have made employees with long tenure not care about the company anymore. Most employees are not in it for the long haul, just staying until something better comes along.

Pros

Just celebrated my one year anniversary at Maritz and this company is filled with exceptional people who consistently lean in to support one another and the community as a whole. From what I have experienced, the leadership team is smart, dedicated and the new President has an impressive vision for the future of the company that was a big part of why I joined one year ago.

Cons

Change is not easy and it can be challenging to transform a whole company.

Pros

Good people to work with. Good work and life balance.

Cons

Management is in a "Culture Change" mode. Stay clear of this company since it's in cost cutting mode too. Maritz is losing clients and money, so they need to do something fast. Two major business units have already moved away from Maritz (BOND and CX). One way to save money is to layoff great and smart people. STAY CLEAR unless you want it to happen to you. IT is a mess. People are leaving and getting laid off in force. No management communication with the employees. They honestly don't know what the heck they are doing most of the time.
