      Pros

      Not many pros to working here... maybe a few of the people I work with are very nice.

      Cons

      company lacks leadership. Communication to the masses is such propaganda. There is always an excuse for company-wide "no raises" or "only enough for 1 to 3% raises". Company needs to be sold to allow for new new executive leadership.

      Pros

      The people are great; hardworking, collaborative and professional. Like most companies, your individual experience depends on your direct leader and the department you are in. I had a positive experience with both.

      Cons

      Although, I had a great manager and team, I am disappointed by the lack of strategic vision over the past 1 to 2 years. Through layoffs and people leaving for outside opportunities, the company has lost many valuable resources and the people who remain are suffering, as are our clients. The current business model isn't sustaining.

      Horrible supervisors with the exception of 3 The supervisory staff doesn't know how to separate and check emotions at the door. Slave wages Don't have an emergency they don't care about no one but them selves .
