Pros

Maritz has a great culture. It has a relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code, co-workers who are friendly and willing to collaborate together to reach goals, and a flexible work schedule (including work-from-home if your manager approves it).

Cons

Maritz has been around a long time, but I’m not sure how long it will continue to be relevant. It is behind in technology and lacking the ability to compete in the marketplace. It has underinvested through the years so there are few resources available to help workers innovate and succeed. Due to poor leadership, there is constant in-fighting, many silos, and lack of a clear vision on where the company is headed.

Relaxed atmosphere, casual dress code, and work from home options.

Cons

Pay is abysmal. bonuses are tiny, merit raises are rare, benefits are poor, turnover is high for young hires.
