Your name will never be known. Marks face is on all your listings as if he did the work. They pay basically nothing. You are better off working on your own.

Great co-workers and great advertising.

Cons

He has you build up closings, then drops your license with zero notice, and he keeps your earned commissions and gives you, well nothing.

Pros

Plenty of support, even for new agents, to get to get business up and running FAST. Leads for new business coming in every week and great training to give you the ability to convert those leads into closings.

Cons

Full time work, not good for someone who can't be present in the office daily and willing to work 7 days a week (meaning phone calls and emails on the weekends occasionally.)
