Low integrity among management (words and actions are too often in opposition) Beautiful mission and value statement that is NOT lived out Pressure to make the sale at literally ANY cost... do WHATEVER it takes to get the client to sign "YOUR HOME SOLD, GUARANTEED". It's in all of their marketing. But, I'm not aware of a single client that ever accepted the terms. Clients find it deceptive... because it is. MSRE calls it a marketing hook. Low 18% commission to the agent... company keeps 82%! However, it's possible to negotiate a more favorable agent commission.

The cons at this company are almost too many to list! Mark Spain is never even at the office except to come in for motivational speeches at the Sales Meeting. He has a guy who runs the company who is the President who lies to everyone every day. We make a very low salary and they promise commissions that they never pay. They have only one person who does the accounting for the whole company and she is overworked and underpaid. They have fired everyone that was ever good that worked at the company and the average time to work here is 6 mos.
