There are no cons, love being a part of this team, everyone cares and is always willing to help if needed.

Pros

I've never worked somewhere that puts so much emphasis on personal growth. Leadership really does want you to be the best you can be professionally and personally. Everyone is positive, supportive and open to new ideas.

Cons

The structure is not for everyone. The company is growing and evolving which will undoubtedly lead to some growing pains but leadership is focused on always bettering the company.
